I really want to go see Tiesto here since I just turned 18, but Im afraid that I will get shot, because I've heard Metropolis is in the flats. Im so freaked out.

Coaste, Tiesto has completely changed his style. It is nothing like he played from 2001 to 2009. Now it is combined music of rap hip hop pop music, top 40 with his beats added, with almost all vocals... I am very very disappointed as he was my idol at one point.
As far as the flats, when its a a big electronic event at metropolis, do not worry, there are no ghetto people anywhere near the area... other times, yes, fear for your life!

@synesthesia251 Yeah, he is more house/hip hop than the trance that I love. But Im a huge fan of EDM in general, so Im still "Ok" with it. But it still ticks me off that he, and the other DJ's (Guetta, Benassi, etc.) have "Americanized" themselves. Thanks again though, I will hopefully come to DREAM if Deadmau5, Benassi, or anybody good comes to town. Above & Beyond is coming to Anatomy, but I dont know how to get tickets.

Above & Beyond to Anatomy? lol, poor them, and poor clubbers... how will that small little thing support all the sound they want to produce? what a joke, this is why i moved from Ohio! You should be able to get tickets as most bigger shows are 18+. I have been following Trance since 1999! I am sorry to say but i truly believe you have missed the best of Trance which was in 2003-2004, but its all personal preference isnt it.

@synesthesia251 Yeah, I have definetely missed the golden era of trance. But that doesnt mean I dont have a lot of music from it. I have all of A&B, Tiesto, Push (Mike Push), Armin, Saltwater, Delerium, Alphazone (hardtrance), Fred Baker, etc. OLD SKOOL TRANCE ROCKS. To me 2001-2004 seemed like the golden age of trance. Thanks for your help
