hey man nice tutorial, but i think this three wheels are at first highlights, the 2nd midtones and the 3rd are the dark parts of the image...! and also it is a realy basic composite, but absolutly nice work.

Why not do the contrast in the RGB curve, instead of gamma?

In blender 2.57 set the blur to 30% instead of 0.3
