Not only that, pac is now fighting a fighter that mayweather has ducked since summer of 05. Cotto was there when floyd was destorying aturo gatti and wanted him after he won that fight and floyd refused. Before he was under bob arum's camp so money shouldnt have been a factor back then. What was the factor back then then? FEAR. Only NOW he uses money as an excuse not to fight so and so fighter. Pac is really the fighter to watch. He is an all time great.
