  • Lol i just want to point something out, u was saying that you kick with your left leg!! you actually dont, u do it with your right!

  • @MrGeorgeFace Sure. Make sure your hands are as close to your feet as possible and your weight is more over your shoulders than on your feet, then when your ready, kick over. Ask someone to support your leg over for the first few tries :) hope this helped x

  • @MissSydneyTaylor123 I was scared of this when i first tried, just make sure your arms are locked and strong enough to hold your weight, be sure to get someone to support you for the first couple of times :)

  • @The1bubbly This could be a result of being to close to the wall, try stepping away from it abit, not to much though :D

  • @littlemisspopular905 Yes, you begin to kick over, JUST before your hands touch the ground, be sure to get someone to help you with this to start with, and make sure you keep your arms locked :) xx

  • You just need to make sure you have a forcefull kick over, also make sure your weight is more over your shoulders, that way it'll be easier to get over :) Hope this helped x

  • sounds great. I taught myself to do the back walkover but when I try to do the front walkover, i end up in the position your friend was in at 1:05. I can't get one of my legs to stick out further.

  • i can do a backbend kick over, but when i do my backwalk over i go back and hit my head i am scrared to go back with like one foot not on the ground can you help me anyone and i can do my backhand spring good on ground so i dont know y i am scared!! thanks

  • Hey, i had this problem too when i first started doing them. It's like a mental block, you have to push past it. Aslong as you keep your arms strong above your head, you wont bang your head, so try that, (: Get someone to support you a couple of times too, just to get used to the feeling (: Hope this helped! x
