I love the look the frame you're doing your pullups on. I'm hoping to construct something of my own. Did you design that? I'd be grateful to know the specs on it?
What if your doing pull-up's on a hangboard, like an indoor rock wall hangboard? I'm 17 and did my first Angie in 49:00:65 during rock climbing practice. I know my time is horrible, but it was my first time and i didn't know what to expect. I wore my self out during the pull-ups too fast. My next goal is under 30.
Ideally, one would use a pole, but for an extra challenge I see no reason why you can't do it on a campus board (I assume that's what you mean). Keep in mind the Angie is a progressive thing. It takes practice to nail it under a good time.
Pull-ups, chin over bar, full extension at the bottom
Push-ups, chest touches floor, straight back, and full lock-out at top
Sit-ups, shoulders touch floor, torso touches legs. On this vid his butt is coming off the ground a lot, personally I think butt should stay down, but it's hard to go fast on high rep workouts without anchoring feet.
Squats - crease of hips lower than patella of knee.
great work. Push ups were great form, but if i had to nit pick anything, i would say a few of the pull ups might need to be slightly higher. It seemed as tho the chin was just barely touching the height of the bar. Regardless, great time and great effort. I don't wanna be just a internet hater, i'll post some of my videos soon, for all to critique lol.
As per CF standards ANY pull-up can be used for Angie BUT the chin must clear the bar and the arms must be locked at the bottom of the move. Strict, Kipping, reverse grip... doesn't matter.
First of all, you are in great condition. But does your back hurt from doing all those situps? Mine kills me when I do full situps. Not v-ups, but situps kill it.

Does crossfit specify weather or not to do kipping pull ups or is that assumed every time?

The default CF pullup is a kip.
