I like the way lotteries are set up in the US better than here in Canada. Here in Canada you get all your money in one lump sum. I don't really like it, I think you should have a choice. There are a couple of lotteries that spread them out, but the majority of the government run ones only give the money out it one lump sum, which would mean higher taxes.
