  • i was cleaning my xd40 service model and there was a power outage, so me thinking im a badass, ill just put it back together in the dark, well i must of not had the recoil guide rod assembly centered and i had the same issue, i read up and came up with the same solution online, they said to do it on a carpeted area to not mar up your pistol... this was a while ago and have since sold the pistol, but i was all freaked out when it happened. good informative video

  • My brand new 1911 is stuck on the first day. What do i do?

  • 2-3 minutes of beating the gun...this is why I won't buy a XD Croatian Sensation.

  • LOL! I definitely was not expecting him to say the solution was to SMASH it has as hard as you could! haha

  • Dude THANK YOU! This happened to me after cleaning my M&P. I had no idea on what to do until seeing your video. I didn't have to hit it quite that hard, but I did manage to knock it loose without damaging the gun. Thank again!

  • @m0uth4th3war Youre a cocksucker. lol

  • @darkvader480 ok... good game.

  • Ive had a 5 in tactical model that i carry as a reserve officer. Ive put at least 4000 rounds through it without a single malfunction. I understand your dilema, but i think before beating a gun on something id take it to a professional armorer first. Yes the spring/ guide rod needs to be seated properly, but this is true with virtually any pistol. Good luck with it. I love mine and have no doubt that it will protect me, my family, and my community.

  • A great tip. Thanks for putting it out there

  • im not trying to be a jerk but if you know that the guide rod is off center it might make more sense to give the slide a light tap on the sides so that the rod might move into place. thanks for posting this though because im looking to buy this pistol very soon.

  • Glad i went Glock

  • this is something that can happen with glock or any other similar designed pistol. it's not a design flaw. it's operator error. doesn't make this guy dumb. it just means he wasn't paying attention during reassembly. should this happen to you, DO NOT SMASH YOUR FIREARM AGAINST ANYTHING! smashing a pistol (new or not) DOES make you dumb.

  • thanks for the info...

  • i actually called the Springfield Armory help line , and they were very helpful. All you need is a crescent wrench and a hammer. It functions flawless.

  • Ok muay Thai wanna be... here is another glock cock sucker...(you) I tell you what since ya like em so well and have seemed to jump on the glock bandwagon as does everyone else.... I bet you could assure your self it would blow your ass cheeks apart wide enough so someone could shove ape food ( bananas ) up in your queer ass...

  • I placed 2 soft rubber mousepads on a table and struck the gun against it several times. It did eventually slide back into position. I think this kind of thing happens when you don't oil/clean properly. I'm certainly guilty of that. Thanks for the video, buckthompson

  • I hit it with a rubber mallet when mine got stuck.

  • @lolley1100 it worked fine

  • @lolley1100 it worked fine. pistol firing with no problems. video was on the money.

  • M16 of pistols... M9? The M93 is even three round burst... lol

  • Wow, it really shows how strong the gun was made if it can fixed by simply beating the sh!t out of it. Springfield XD 45 is the ak-47 of pistols, anyone else agree? I guess the 1911a1 is the M-14 of pistols. What would be the M-16 of pistols be?

  • This just happened to me on my XD 45 service today while cleaning it.

Unfortunately this video did NOT work. All it did was remained locked with the slide all the way forward with the striker pin sticking out the back 1/8 of an inch. Took it to my gun shop - they didnt want to touch it to make it worse, another guy had the same issue and he had to ship it to Springfield for repair, i will be doing the same. Its a shame - I LOVE this gun. will be trading it in for something else once its fixed

  • thanks your video really helped me fix mine and i reccomend to everyone as a service member of the army listen to this guy

  • sent my xd .357 into springfield for same thing....sold it and bought a 1911 lol

  • @Sgtrambom60 Mine does quite often with WWB ammo!

  • Thanks for posting this.. it saved me from sending in my xd9 for service. Also, I had to bang mine further to get it to release.

  • I took the spring out and put the slide on just being retarded and this problem happened. I didn't bash the hell out of it on my desk i just wacked it on my head as hard as I could and the damn thing fired cause it was loaded and killed my damn bird knocked him right off his swing worst day of my life.

  • wow dont ever smash a Springfield they have a life time warranty

  • @Sgtrambom60 Glocks will fire every time but theres no such thing as precision machining on a glock, its all slapped together with a huge gap in between the frame and the slide, which is also why they fire every time

  • what a idiot

  • No bang bang

  • Um. Well sgtrambo I've had my glock26 misfire on federal Ammo several times. Striker hit the primer but

  • I have 3 XD's, never had this happen. Never, ever, ever. And I shoot them all almost weekly and disassemble and clean after each trip to range. I think it's more a reassembly error.

For all the haters posting about the quality of Springfield XD's, blow me. The XD blows GlockSmock out of the water hands down.

  • @webrik33 really it blows glocks away ? that doesnt happen on glocks . glocks got 30 years of reliability behind them how many does xd have? oh almost 8 with how many issues ? lol

  • @MuayThai8548 1st of all this isn't a design flaw in the xd. IT CAN HAPPEN TO A GLOCK. and yes the xd is hands down better than glock. springfield has been around since the late 1700's. i'm no math whiz but i believe that predates glock. look at the guide rods on both pistols. springfield is all steel. glock is 1/2 plastic. springfield has more safety features than a glock. springfield xd comes with a better package than glock and for a few $'s less. maybe learn something before you comment.

  • @m0uth4th3war your a tool they sucked you in with their marketing. how come all polymer frame pistols out now came from the glock design . and springfield doesnt make the gun its marketed under their name you retard. maybe "you" should research before you comment . How many tourture tests have been documented on the xd ? how many full autos of them you see doing 1000rounds with no failures? show me some evidence they havent been around very long and its not a springfield gun just name research

  • @MuayThai8548 during one torture test the glock guide rod melted and ejected. that's because it's 1/2 plastic. the xd guide rod is all steel. the xd has more safety features than glock. the xd comes with a better package. the xd has been thrown in mud and fired immediatley after pulling it out (like glock). the xd HAS been torture tested to the extent of a glock, glock did polymer 1st. then springfield did it better.

  • @m0uth4th3war HK made the 1st polymer gun. Not Glock

  • @darkvader480 i didn't say glock made the 1st polymer frame ever. i just said they were before SA. the conversation is between glock and SA.

  • @m0uth4th3war You wrote "how come all polymer frame pistols out now came from the glock design"

Fact is that.. Every polymer framed gun came from HK design. Not Glock, HK made the first polymer framed pistol, Making every polymer design after the HK VP70 a copy. So HK made a polymer gun before Glock, does that mean HK is better? You're implying that since Glock has been making polymer guns before SA, That makes Glock a better company, SA has been making firearms before Gaston Glock was born.

  • @darkvader480 uh no.... you fucking illiterate clown. please go back an re-read. you're quoting muaythai8548. i'm arguing FOR springfield. check your fire dipshit.

  • @m0uth4th3war I have come to the conclusion that you''re both cock suckers. How you like that?

  • @darkvader480 why...because you're an idiot who can't read? given your low iq, i'd say that's about par for the course. you can fuck off now, dipshit.

  • @m0uth4th3war I didnt say that you said Glocks were the first polymer pistol. I mentioned that HK was the first polymer pistol. Because you mentioned that Glock was making them before SA. Which means.... Nothing just like you ya CockSucka!

  • @MuayThai8548 oh and as for them "sucking me in with their marketing", i owned a glock when my little brother came in with the xd. i immediately liked the feel of the xd over the glock. they both go bang every time. but, again, it's undeniable that xd's are put together better than glocks. that's from hands on experience with both and reading reviews.

  • @m0uth4th3war Yes they do go bang every time . But at the range i do see them stove piping and such more so than ive ever seen a glock . Im a range nut i go all the time and the only glock failure ive seen is from 10 year old ammo that fails to fire . also like i said i dont see xd's taking more abuse than a glock its never been shown it go google glock tourture test . that dude beats the tar out of his G21 and he competes with it try that with a xd i dont think the results will be even close

  • @MuayThai8548 (cont'd) stove piping is 100% operator error! it comes from limp wristing and not handling the recoil. my buddy stove piped my g36. i knew what the guy in this video did wrong before he said it. because i did it to my g27 (my 1st firearm ever). the problem isn't the pistol. he just didn't pay attention during reassembly. no blood no foul and now he knows better. it seems you're hung up on glock w/o even trying the xd. that's why i say "learn something before you post".

  • @m0uth4th3war he also documents everything and he has a channel on youtube with videos of the tests . the only videos of xd's you can find on youtube are ones of people dropping it i a puddle of water and shooting it after shaking all the water off . another thing about ALL those safety features . how many do you need . dont pull the trigger and it cant go off . if the trigger is reset then the striker is cocked so no need for that and as for the beaver tail safety thats a waste

  • @MuayThai8548 ok i think the burning question is have you fired, disassembled, or otherwise physically compared both pistols side by side? i own both makes and have shot them side by side. for my money i'm going with the xd. taking them apart, you can see how the xd is put together better. as for the safeties, i may agree with you. but, it just shows more attention to detail in a more costly assembly process. yet it's still cheaper than glock. and the xd comes in a superior package.

  • @Sgtrambom60

    2 words...Glocks Suck!

  • Don't do this. I called Springfield and they told me their way of solving this issue. you'll need a hammer and 6 - 9 inch crescent wrench. On the recoil assembly, tighten the crescent wrench on the shaft of it. With the pistol pointing down, hit the crescent wrench with the hammer. a couple of good wacks and the slide assembly comes right off. Literally 2 minutes and it was over. This is Springfields number. 1.800.680.6866 or 1.309.944.5631

  • Rubber mallet, please.

  • This only happens in (2) cases... After fieldstripping, The takedown lever was pushed back down prior to reassembly (and was put together like that).

OR the guide rod was not centered prior to reassembly. Both of these cases are user errors. The title of this video should be: "This is what happens when you don't know what you're doing."

  • This video was a answer to prayer..my XD45 has never done this before & I doubt it will ever happen agian, but if it does this does work & no damage was done using my malit..you wern`t kidding tho about having to beat the hell out of it..lol, thanks agian for posting this video. I still love my XD45!! Great Gun!

  • thanks I almost panicked but this really helped and it helped me know my side arm even more.

  • Why the fuck did you have a loaded clip in the gun, in your house, for a fucking demo? I think i know why your gun isn't working properly, and i dont think it has anything to do with how it was manufactured......

  • @evania106 ...It's called a mag, not a clip. maybe he has it loaded for home defense.

  • @67mustangreg Mag, Magazine, Clip...... call it what ever you want and im just pointing out maybe his gun isnt working because he handle his stuff like and idiot.

  • hahaha made in fascist Croatia. Definitely will not be a part of my collection

  • sounds kinda silly... you should pay more attention while attending a firearm............ springs and slides must be perfect before reassembling any pistol... and again if this happens your doing some thing wrong

  • OK this is why I watch the videos here...someone has the sack to post their mistakes so other can learn from them. The rest of you "Gun Experts" ..all you have proven is that you can type on the computer. Thanks for posting this video!

  • Got a soft faced hammer and knocked the slide forward.

    Worked like a champ.

Once again thanks for posting the video.

  • it sounds a bit rattley did bashing it against your desk loosen anything, because I'm thinking of getting this firearm? Do you still recommend the XD 45?

  • Do you happen to have any wear and tear on the feeding ramp of the barrel?

  • The same thing happened to mine this evening. Except the mistake I made was that my slide release lever was DOWN when i put the slide back on. Is your remedy of banging the slide forward with a mallet or a wooden surface applicable in that situation? I've tried doing it some, and it has inched forward, but the spring guide bar is also sliding forward farther than it should out the front of the gun. Should I keep banging on it? I don't wanna risk making things worse.

  • I had this happen today on my practically new XD 45 Full Size. We beat against a pressure treated block of wood to everyone at the ranges horror. IF this happens to you do yourself and everyone a favor and bring it to a gunsmith or at least go home. No one wants to see you smash a brand new pistol as hard as you can on a block of wood. People don't believe you when you tell em its your "gunsmithing log".I gave up quickly, brought to a gunsmith and paid him $25 to smash it against a block of wood

  • @00000chris000000

this is a good true story. I was there with him and im fairly sure a few grown men cried watching us try to beat the slide free on a 6x6

  • mine is stuck cocked back with a bullet stuck in the barrel and a 2nd bullet trying to reload after it. im kinda afraid to pound it against something as the 2nd bullet could fire the stuck one.

    any suggestions?

  • So I got my XD45C and put around 150 rds through it. 0 problems at all. No jams,FTF, stove pipe, nothing except steel on target even out to 50yds w/ 4in. barrel.

I think personaly that this is a operator issue and not a firearm issue w/ your vid post.

  • There is a much easier way to get it to release. It's been a while since this happened to me (also about a month after purchase), but if I remember correctly, when I brought it into the shop, we figured out all you needed to do was pull on the recoil spring. Watch your fingers, though. I think when you were banging the gun you may have created enough inertia for the recoil spring to stretch.

  • XDM9 I just had the same problem. Visegrip the front of the barrel after wrapping it in a rag then grab the rear if the slide and the visegrip and pull apart while bumping the frame on something solid. the slide will break free and while keeping the tension with your hands, move the operation off the gripframe. I figured it out through trial. My only suggestion – always just let the slide lock shut or slide off the frame naturally. The nose pick is cool - Only a pussy would edit out the "PICK"

  • Just beat the shit out of it? There has to be a better way to fix the problem than beating it against a stump!!

  • Over 2000 rounds and never a hick-up. You hit the nail on the head. I released the side just for inspection and it jammed. As you put it I was all kinds of pissed off! Had nothing to do with maintenance or proper cleaning. Thanks for your time and effort to help me straighten this out. Much appreciated!

  • I had that happen when I was at the range. Had just put it back together and the recoil assembly was off center. I just raised the dissasembly lever, pulled trigger with no magazine in. Then, while holding pistol with left hand, struck the rear of slide with palm of right and slide came forward and I corrected the problem. XD 9mm 4" service. by the way. So it is proly design flaw. Never happened again.

  • Very interesting problem....do you know after your research if this is specific to the .45?

  • Used a rubber mallet, did the trick... thanks for the video.

  • I know lots of people are ripping you for this, but i ran into the SAME problem today. Did the same thing, gunsmith told me to just bang the hell out of it till it goes forward and it'll pop out.

  • I just had this happen and it kept me up half the night trying to fix it and woke up the house pounding on the damn gun in the basement. BUT, I fixed it using your method, with one additional tactic... Take a BRASS punch, place it on the rear of the barrel (assuming the slide is stuck to the rear) and tap it forward. This will "unstick" the slide and when you pull the trigger, the slide will come off. Thanks for your video.

  • I have an xd9 and have had zero problems. I have a hard time beliving that Springfield Armory would risk there rep on a junk gun. The HS2000 has a good track record unlike the Yugos from the 80s. With torture testing up there w/ glock, Im happy enough to be buying an xd45 this weekend.

  • HAHAHAHHAAHHHAAA

  • Hey man I loved you in Superbad and The 40 Year Old Virgin!

  • @johnmgd AHAHAA! It just hit me when I read that... too funny!

  • just got mine,.,,9mm a few days ago.. this has already happen to me~~ i didnt have to slam it.. but close!! i love this gun!!!

  • i love your solution, beat the fuck out of the gun.

thats how i fix shit too.

  • It's called J U N K. The Yugoslavians made shit cars, did you think their guns would be any better?

  • @frei1furimmer There isn't a Yugoslovia anymore, it's Croatia. In any case, I wouldn't judge the quality from one gun.

  • Thanks for the tip. Good video. I just bought my XD-9 so I hope this doesn't happen to me but if it does I'll know what to do.

  • I had mine stick once about a week after purchase...I hadn't even fired it yet.

2k+ rounds + 3 years later never had another trouble.

Luckily I didn't have to hammer my gun on anything, I just muscled it.

  • i enjoy the fact you have a gun AND a tattoo! You remind me of the guy from Knocked Up and Pineapple express.

  • What a dumbass, haha, "you take the thing and slam it". I'm really glad this idiot owns a gun.

  • Well man you would think for $600 + dollars they'd make the damn thing fool proof ........Thats alot of money for a possible Flub up! I was gonna buy one but damn I dont know now????

  • GRRRRRRRREAT video man!! I actually had this happen to me. First day I got the gun actually. I purchased it from a friend who showed me how to strip it down to clean it. I tried it myself and to the damn thing stuck. A few wooden chunks out of my dresser and it's as good as new :) Thanks a million.

  • My XD did this exact same thing. The reason was I put it together while drunk and didn't get the barrel set correctly in the upper reciever. I didn't want to screw anything up so I took it to a certified gunsmith. No clue how he got it corrected but he probably smashed the hell out of it like the guy in the vid.

  • According to the helpful folks at SA you can clamp a crescent wrench above the cap of the recoil rod while holding the pistol so the barrel is pointed at a flat surface ( i.e. table). Hold the pistol so the end is slightly above the table and the end of the wrench is resting on the table. Tap the wrench with a mallet. Pulls the rod in line and your pistol back in order.

  • reminds me of the M-16, jams, beat it against a tree (with the barrel pointed away fro your face of course).I never used the forward assist, ever.

  • My guess is that the locked slide happens if you don't absolutely meticulously put it back together the correct way from a field strip.

I've seen the same thing happen with new glocks if the slide spring wasn't seated properly (there's about 3 ways to seat it, only one way which is correct). Make sure the spring is absolutely straight, and seated where it's supposed to be seated.

  • Thanks man. Great vid, appreciate the insight. I'll keep it in mind if my X D locks up.

  • before you bash it i suggest you put a towel underneath to prevent damage to the surface and the gun

  • hint: buy a better gun

  • @arkee71 dude every one in the library just stared at me cuz i was laughin so hard

  • @21reese18 lols sry

  • @arkee71 my XD is great never had a single issue. XD is a great gun.

  • @twoods450 too high of bore axis for me...glad it works for you just not my cup of tea

  • ,,,,,

  • Don't you think that is a HUGE problem in a fighting/combat/defensive pistol??????????????????????????????? This is not the first time, I've seen it happen on the XDm also. This has to be addressed ASAP.

  • THANKS MAN IT WORKED!!!!! I was completely stumped when my XD "froze up". I have carried and used this weapon for years and never had the slide freeze solid before.

Thank you for sharing your fix. Its pretty amazing that you can beat the snot out of this weapon and still works perfectly.

I put the weapon in the freezer to shrink it a bit, then used a vice and hard rubber mallet instead of desk.

    Thanks again.. IT WORKED !!

  • I LOVE MY XD 45 I WANT GET COMPACT 1

  • I have a XD 9mm sub-compact hardly been used, mabey 200 rounds. when I went to grab it today the back silver pin that lets you know that its already cocked was already sticking out. I took the clip out and tried to dry fire and nothing happened. Now the gun wont even cock, yet it will still load the chamber but the fireing pin wont release. Any suggestions?

  • ive got a xd45 and a glock 22c and wouldnt trade either one. however i am more accurate with my xd and like the grip angle better. on my lock i have a lone wolf 9mm conversion barrel and a 3 pound transfer bar in it to make it feel less like a staple gun trigger. both are awesome just different tastes for different people

  • I'm willing to put money on the fact that most of these Glock-tards on here dont even own a Glock. Probably saw it in a movie or heard it in a song. I think its kinda cute to be honest. I just hope their parents dont read their post's.

  • it worked! thanks a lot!

  • I love my XD45. I've put just about 1000 rounds through it and i never ever had a problem. Great weapon.

  • buy a glock

  • Thank you for the video, very informative.

To the Glock zealots -enough already!

  • wouldnt happen with a glock

  • @rangers11000 very true

  • Glock is out of style XD is here to stay

  • glocks are good but i got my xd for alot less the price of a glock....all weapon systems can and will have problems even my favorite on the m2 50. cal machine gun

  • Good tip! but do you really have to bang it like a sledge hammer for the top to line up with the frame? there has to be a better way.

  • its called proper cleaning and maintenance..ive never had mine get stuck even after 1000 rounds have been threw it..

  • WOW 1000 rounds? thats a LOT. lmao.

  • @IRAMURDOG arent you special. It has nothing to do with cleaning and maintenance. The Barrel lug is smooth, and the guide rod can easily get offset. This exact problem happened to my 9mm, and I assure you its cleaned and maintained properly.

  • @IRAMURDOG if he just got the gun it shouldn't have locked up like that smartass

  • @IRAMURDOG dumb ass he planly said thr guid spring was out on line...dumbass

  • @IRAMURDOG he planly said the guid spring wasnt inline.....dumb ass

  • @IRAMURDOG

Rewatch the video and learn..it'll happen to you if you actually use the firearm and clean it.

  • @newtexican or if you know how to properly clean a gun it wont ever happen hmm?

  • @IRAMURDOG mine neither. the spring on the 4" .45 is very stiff until 100-200 rounds go through the gun and tough to get back in. Resist temptation to break the new gun down. Take it to the range and shoot some clean ammo through it. bring it home and strip it and clean it put a lil rem oil on the spring and work it a few dozen times. I also smooth the front end of the guide rod so it wouldnt catch on the slide when I reasembled it. Never have had a malfunction after 1000 rounds.

  • glocks a joke *cough* glocks a joke

  • you have got to be kidding me

  • press the slide release.

  • youre gonna regret the glock purchase. XD is way more superior. Plus a local gun shop shot over 100k rounds also and they still have it as a demo to shoot at their range. I have the xd45 and xdm40. theyre both nice.

  • Wow the gun if the year for the last decade is either junk or maybe it was owner error? LOL people that know would choose a Springfield over a glock any day! And in combat I could put 3 rounds down range b4 your glock gets off 1!

The people that like Glock are the people that dont know a great pistol from a reliable pistol. Owning 1 pistol doesnt make you an expert. Grab 1 of each and put it through hell, and war and tell me the XD is shit. it passed the Fed testing with 100k pulls, glock didnt

  • I'm going to be buying an xd .45 soon. i would like to know about this fed testing stuff, could you tell me where can i find this information.

  • I'd rather just buy a Glock...

  • Wouldn't it be lovely to have to smash your gun against a table while an intruder is breaking into your house?

    Springfield junk....

  • actually this occurs when the "user" decides to not properly put the weapon back together properly and aligns the recoil spring off to one side making it lock up. so please stop trolling dude...BTW Springfield does not make "junk" i shoot competition with mine and have put more rounds than enough through mine and never had a problem...glocks, S&W, FNH, SIG, and Springfield ALL make great Polymer Firerarms.

  • Damn.. wtf

  • this happened to my xd. gotta make sure the recoil spring is fully seeded in place before putting the slide back on gun...

  • what is a more practical caliber the acp or gap, as far as price and availability on ammo?

  • acp id say

  • There have been torture tests performed on the XD, just not on youtube. Sorry but the internet is not limited to just youtube. Im sayin once again i love glocks but they are not the best firearm for all people. How about go out and shoot that glock instead of having wars on youtube like the ten year old kid do. Lets remember that most things said here are opinion based. one more thing, glocks do malfunction its just not very common.

  • Oh and once you shoot a Wilson Combat, Ed Brown or a Sig, I don't think you'll like that glock or xd as much. (although they are still just as reliable)

  • can a wilson ed brown of a sig be totally ignored and not cleaned ever and still shoot the same everytime in any environment with anykind of cheap ammo and show no wear after no cleanings and over 10k rounds well my glock sure can and it shoots nice and straigh too did i mention that?

  • I have owned and shot many handguns. Most are great and the only real gripe I have is against highpoint. That said this glock vs xd debate is one big circle jerk. They are both excellent firearms. I have never experienced any malfunctions with either weapon. These people that think glock is the best need to get off their high horse. It may be the best for them but not everyone else. I love glock but my best friend doesn't, the grip angle is just wrong for him.

  • the grip angle is why i don't shoot glocks. they make fine weapons, just not right for me. that's why i shoot sigs, they have a better angle for my hand, and i get faster target acquisition

  • first off dont call me a idiot im pointing out that my glock has never missfired or anything and the slide doesnt get stuck and no they arent the exact same gun go break down a glock then tell me that .if they are the same then why do springfields have problems and glocks dont hmmm i dunno make all the excuses for your gun all you want like i said xd's look cool but they arent in the same class as a glock you CANNOT abuse a xd like a glock and have the xd function properly end of story

  • These situations are more prone to happen due to user error. If properly lubricated and handled, your pistol will never have these issues. FYI, close friend of mine sold his Glock to buy an XD .45 ACP two tone. While assembling the weapon, he had a bitch grip on the pistol and yanked back-- resulting in the scenario above... It is a simply fact of being familiar with your weapon, its a precision instrument after all. I own 4 XD's and never had a single issue with either one of them.

  • Ive owned my glock for 4 years and have well over 10k rounds through it and have cleaned it maybe 5 times and it looks brand new i have never had a stovepipe shooting low quality wolf steel case or any other malfunction due to bitch grip as you say . comparing a xd to a glock is stupid its like comparing a ferrari to a corvette the ferrari may look a little cooler but it wont out perform the vett (glock being the vett) i have also seen xd's jam all day long at the range fyi they are picky

  • You mean problems like the Glocks having over sized chambers in .40 caliber? Or the fact that Glock frames are thinner and flex under stress thereby decreasing accuracy? Just because this kid couldn't put his gun back together correctly don't think it's the gun's fault. Mommy's gonna be pissed about the damage to the furniture.
