  • This must have inspired the Final Destination 2 opening scene.

  • Next time: Use your brakes! haha

  • No one on that freeway had a nice car.

  • realize that there arnt people in the cars....

  • @crazylat0 You can see people in them lol

Remember, they drive on the left side.

  • Love they repeat the flying car in slow motion...1:05

  • Better than "CHiPs".

  • The guy at 0:44 is the bravest man in the whole movie.

  • @morganthex YES! You are right.

  • Real cars were used. You can see the engines from underneath

  • im pretty sure this is what happens on chinese roads anyways.

  • @07SuperchargedSS That was Hong Kong in 1983. So it's not Chinese, it's British. Get it right before you go insulting people. Haha.

  • @jianghaolie what?

  • @07SuperchargedSS The pile-up scene took place in Hong Kong, not mainland China in 1983. Back then (in 1983), Hong Kong was still a colony of UK, not China. So to your comment that "this is what happens on chinese roads", it is incorrect, for the scene happens on a UK colony road.

  • @jianghaolie alrighty then. thats very technical of you. i was just saying that most asian drivers, drive like this. except in Japan, where they are better than everyone else for some odd reason.

  • @07SuperchargedSS Haha. Nvm...

  • LOVE this scene! Especially the synchronized skid at the end.

  • I was half expecting EVERYONE to get out of their car and kung-fu eachother to death

  • its a car sandwch

  • This stunt is underated, especially considered the year the movie was made,1983.

  • Jackie Chan's Greatest Stunt!

  • ウケルこれ

  • the best asian pileup scene ever filmed - you can sometimes see the piperamps the stuntdrivers used to launch their vehicles.

  • LOL hahahaha!!!

  • you can see the roll cage in the car that flips at 0:15

  • i hate that feeling i get when i see an asian behind the wheel of a car...

  • i like how there's obviously nobody in the cars after they've wrecked and other cars are landing on top of them, haha. at least put dummies in there or something.

  • Obviously a lot of $50 cars they wrecked. They probably used ramps to get the cars to catch air and fly. Pretty fun sequence.

  • I see the problem, everyone is driving on the wrong side of the road!(kidding)

  • lol

  • THET GOT OWNED

  • thats got too be the fakest crash scene ever, how did the cars fly through air like that? was funny though :)

  • wow everything got own3d

  • hahah, should have had the subtitles on, where jackie sais "where'd these people learn how to drive?!" woz Spot on!!!!hehehhheheh, Hong Kong local humors not normally that funny but this was funny!!

  • this must of been some sort of world record at the time, nice auto mayhem, it had more quality to it than i've come to expect from lesser directors, still you can always expect somthing good from sammo or jackie. woz blackie ko or bruce law involved in this car settup? seems like their type of thing.

  • lol jacki chan wat man whore and besides i like the pileup

  • budget. notice how NONE of those cars are anything even remotely decent. the semi was probably the nicest vehicle there and they made sure not to touch it except for maybe a little rear end tap.

  • well its from the 80's so of course the cars arnt gonna match the cars that are shown nowdays, im i wrong where there better cars then n hong kong??

  • that was hilarious just because you'd figure that after the first 2 or 3 cars crashed, everyone would stop, but it IS a movie so....Great video!!!

  • oh man i seen this movie i just want to watch the part 2 of it but they call it a different name it called twinkle twinkle lucky stars but that movie was really good

  • That Spitfire had pre-existing damage (previous take I guess) but to trash a classic Spitfire? Guy should have been shot afterward for that anyway. Same for the old VW Beetle!

  • You guys know the green car that spinned out i have the same type its a 1990 Jetta GL ^_^

  • Did it time travel seven years into the past?

  • Obviously it's an old movie numb-nuts. Just kidding.

  • great!

  • This is a result of people playing too much Burnout.

  • HAHAHAHAHA good one

  • ohh man that was good! nice pile up sweet video loved it cars getting smashed nice =)

  • thye dont make movies like they used too do they

  • lol...dis movie is well funny!!

  • my favorite is the wooden ramp that goes flying by after a car jumps it

  • as if that could actually happen.

    still pretty cool tho

  • hhahahaha

  • Quality! they don't make them like that anymore lol
