  • 5:27 FERRYYYYYY <3

  • Hij heeft de meest perfecte lippen.

  • Part 21 (last part):

9:27 Paul: Here we go again, I’m going crazy! And stop! Timor, you are to great! You are to big to dance with you! But it’s really glad, great to meet you! Give him a big applause, the man with the biggest glasses in America, Timor.

    9:38 Timor: Thank you.

9:40 Paul: All the best hè!

  • Part 20:

8:50 Timor: Over your belly, over your belly.

8:51 Paul: Yes, I know where my belly is.

8:52 Timor: You go right, left and then you pretend to be in a wheelchair, down and then you drop. That’s the Cat Daddy. So you go…. *They do the dance*

9:07 Timor: But you need music. *He starts beat boxing*

9:09 Paul: Hey, droomland! (That’s the name of Paul’s song)

*Music plays and they start dancing*

  • Part 19:

    8:29 Timor: I do have a dance I can teach you maybe. It’s a dance…

8:32 Paul: Your gonna teach me how to dance?

    8:33 Timor: Yeah, together.

8:34 Paul: How fun, the Jostiband (Dutch band for “special people”) awakens. Ok, real quick.

8:40 Timor: It’s called the Cat Daddy.

    8:41 Paul: The Cat Daddy?

    8:42 Timor: The Cat Daddy!

    8:43 Paul: The Cat Daddy?

8:43 Timor: Yes, it real easy, everybody can learn it. What you do: you take your right hand, you go over you belly and over you back.

  • Part 18:

7:44 Timor: I’d love to choreograph, but I’m mainly working on that in America, because I’m working there now off course. I’d rather choreograph there, because there.

7:54 Paul: You can make more money.

7:56 Timor: No, there’s just more big artists and bigger opportunities there. So yeah

8:02 Paul : I think the last few months we’ve danced with some many people on this show. Could you show me a move of which you think everybody is doing right now. Sometimes I think I sing so beautiful

  • Part 17:

7:23 But now something else, your hardly in The Netherlands anymore. Wouldn’t you like to do s omething here, like choreograph or something? There’s a new show here called The Ultimate Dance Battle with Dan Karaty, the man from the first season of SYTYCD. I think it’s amazing television, I watched it yesterday, amazing! But it’s about choreographers, who select a team and go into battle with each other. Wouldn’t you like to do something here for the dance community?

  • Part 16:

7:01 Timor: When I’m on stage, I’m a stage beast, and he is that two.

7:04 Paul: You can feel that?

7:05 Timor: You can feel that, you get like a… not like an orgasm, but you get a satisfaction from it on stage.

    7:10 Paul: I understand!

7:13 Timor: You get that with someone like that on stage, the energy, the chemistry is perfect.

7:16 Paul: I can feel that with my band if they play for me. Four orgasms coming at me. I can’t do anything with that.

  • Part 15:

6:38 *Timor doesn’t know what to say*

6:41 Paul: I think that’s a really good question if I say so myself. Do you hear that he’s with a bek full of teeth. (Dutch expression for being speechless.)

6:46 Timor: Nononono, for me personally. Look, I’ve danced for several different artists and what makes it so beautiful to dance for Chris Brown, for me, is because that guy has so much talent, so much creativity. And when I dance with him, I really enjoy it.

  • Part 14:

6:11 Paul: So how long can you stay a dancer?

6:13 Timor: If I take good care of my body, I think I can go on till I’m 38.

6:18 Paul: But then it’s gonna be very different artists you’re gonna be dancing for. Whitney Houston turns 76, here is Timor! Just kidding… But what’s still so fun about dancing behind someone? I mean, I always wonder if people really look at the dancers. I always look at the male dancers off course. But people come to see Chris Brown.

  • Part 13:

    5:43 Timor: *Laughing*

5:44 Paul: Don’t you wish you had to sleep with Chris Brown or Kylie Minoque or with…. I wouldn’t do Whitney Houston…. But, I can imagine if you can use that, it would be easy. Or is that not how it goes down anymore?

5:54 Timor: I have heard a lot about it, but I never had to go to that extreme to get in my position I am in now. No never… It’s hard work, a lot of auditioning and show your talents.

6:09 Paul: Your 23 now right?

    6:10 Timor: 23, Yes.

  • Part 12:

5:16 Paul: Now I understand you have to audition for everything. We named all those artists like: Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson, Chris Brown. How is this life in LA? And you have to be honest, cause I visit LA a lot, not to audition, but to hang around the pool for a couple of days. But is it brutally hard? Is it sex, drugs and rock and roll. Do you have to use your body to climb up?

5:39 Timor: No, that never happened to me.

5:41 Paul: Do you wish it did?

  • 4:51 That’s a guy who’s also an amazing dancer and singer. So when you’re on stage with someone like that, you can give everything you’ve got!

4:57 Paul: So he gets more out of you then Kylie Minoque?

5:00 Timor: Exactly! Kylie Minoque is a singer, puts on a really good show and you are a dancer who has the roll of a décor piece and make the show look good in total. And with Chris Brown I’m one of those four guys who are together on stage with him. That’s a complete different story.

  • Part 10:

4:30 Paul: Why did you chose Chris Brown?

4:32 Timor: Ok, look. I first danced with Michael off course. (Paul: Michael Jackson!) And that was the ultimate. Because that’s an artist who can’t only sing, but he’s also an amazing dancer! And for a dancer off course it’s wonderful to work with someone like that, because you get a lot of energy from such an artist and you can perform on your top level. And with Chris Brown it’s exactly the same.

  • Part 9:

4:08 Timor: Compared to The Netherlands, you get a good payment. You make good money.

4:12 Paul: You can have a good life with it?

4:13 Timor: Yes, for sure, for sure!

4:14 Paul: Cause you know a euro, well a dollar….. LA is more expensive then Holland I think…

4:19 Timor: Well, the euro is worth a lot more then the dollar, but… you make more money.

4:25 Paul: So you chose Chris Brown, but you were also asked to do Kylie Minoque, her world tour.

    4:29 Timor: True.

  • Part 8:

3:45 Timor: *Laughing* By his security guard!

3:48 Paul: Ok, ok! But everything is possible off course. You can do anything with money.

    3:53 Timor: Yes, yes.

3:54 Paul: Is it a different kind of life than in The Netherlands? Is a dancer under paid?

3:58 Timor: Uhmm… That’s difficult to say on tv.

4:02 Paul: You have to know, cause you work in America now. Like, what do you make? Off course you don’t wanna say that, but is it really a lot?

  • Part 7:

3:19 Paul: But then the people who are already seated, are being thrown out?

3:23 Timor: He just rents the entire theater, so nobody comes in and we are going in a room with eight people where usually fit 500 people.

3:29 Paul: But imagine I’m also in line for the movie theater and I wanna buy tickets or I just bought tickets.

3:32 Timor: To bad, then it goes like: *English talk*

3:41 Paul: But then off course, when you say something to Chris Brown, you get punched in the face.

  • Part 6:

2:47 But this time with Chris Brown and his entire entourage, security guards were going to the cinema.

2:53 Paul: How many people are you talking about?

    2:54 Timor: About eight people.

    2:56 Paul: In total?

2:57 Timor: Those are the friends/entourage and then you have the security guards and so on. So we’re going to the cinema and what happens is: *English talk*

He just buys the entire theater for everybody and then we all watch the movie.

  • Part 5:

2:21 Timor: For now we’ve only been in LA and America, but we’re going to Australia and New Zealand on the 15th of April. And after that were gonna tour in the US and probably were also coming to Europe.

2:32 Paul: And do you hang out with him?

2:36 Timor: Yes, about a month ago we went to the cinema with him and off course it’s very funny how that goes with Chris Brown. Normally you go to the cinema with a group of people and just watch the movie.

  • Part 4:

2:00 Paul: Have you got any good connections with him, cause he’s like a famous person, who is working his way back in the industry. Well, he is a famous person off course, but after the incident with Rihanna people think he had to start over again. Do you have good personal contact with him?

2:12 Timor: Yeah, sure. He’s about the same age as me, he’s 21. And we’ve been on tour since last year, we’re busy with promo’s and stuff.

2:20 Paul: All around the world?

  • Part 3:

    0:59 Timor: Since 2009

1:01 Paul: Two years already. Do you like it? (Is it fun)

1:04 Timor: Yes allot! Enough work off course, so…, definitely good.

1:08 Paul: Let’s take a look at how his carrier is doing. Let’s watch a little bit of Timor.

    *Playing video*

1:49 Paul: Amazing, the people who you danced with! I’d give him an applause if I were you. Amazing, amazing. At this moment your dancing with Chris Brown.

    1:59 Timor: True

  • Part 2:

0:39 Timor: Yes at the American embassy

0:40 Paul: What about the green card?

0:41 Timor: No, it’s called a work visa now.

0:44 Paul: And how many months can you work in America?

0:46 Timor: Till the end of the year, I’m good now, I got a work visa for three years and now I’m extending it for a year.

0:52 Paul: You’re already talking a bit with an American accent.

0:53 Timor: *Laughing* No not at all! Seriously?

0:55 Paul: Yeah really! How long do you live in LA now?

  • Part 1:

0:00 Paul: Give him a round of applause, here he is: Timor Steffens!

    *Applause/ Music / Music stops*

0:22 Paul: Do people even recognize you if you come walking down like that? Cause you’re wearing enormous glasses, big cap. Do they know you’re still Timor?

    0:29 Timor: I think so…

0:31 Paul: You’re just a couple of days here now, why are you here actually?

0:33 Timor: I mainly came here for my work visa, I had to extend it.

0:38 Paul: You have to extend it here in The Netherlands
