Listened to this CD many, many times in 1993. Thanks for posting.. I should get it out and play it in my car! The only annoying thing about it was they made it all 1 track.. so if I wanted to listen to a later song I had to FF through it

@FrancesBeercan. The Bowgie was where I started clubbing in Cornwall. 1989 and I had just left school. They used to play 'Black Betty' at the end of the night. You from Newquay then? Billy Nasty played down at Jesters as well one Saturday. About 96 that was. Happy days indeed, man.

@Bjaminny No I'm from st just, but had quite a few friends from newquay and truro. Dunno if you know matt barrow, the surfer, we were best mates at school. Was a bit of a trek to the bowgie but worth it. I started out at the shire, in about '92 I think. I saw billy at Jesters, can still remember that one! :)

I remember this was one of the first compilations on tape. This one came in a silver metallic looking case witha radioactive sign on it. 'Calling your name' feat Taylor by Anomaly (MusicNow records) came in a sleeve exactly the same. Me and some mates used to trundle off down to a club in Crantock, Newquay called 'The Bowgie' with this blaring on the way. God bless you Sir Billy of Nasty.

Awesome tunes all the way. I had this mix on tape back in 1993 was so gutted when it went missing. The mixing is kind of sketchy in parts but that's oldskool for you. This stuff is the real progressive house music in it's original incarnation. I still play out loads of tunes like this from back in the 90s. Banging, funky, trancey house music, a million miles from the likes of Deadmau5 & co. This has real depth and substance. Big thx for the upload! :)
