10 years back i was struck by a car in my right ankle from behind. I applied bandage and it was ok. But recently while walking i felt pain suddenly behind my ankel , i did x- ray and everything was normal. But i feel pain in and around may ankle , some time at heel , sometime on top some left side of ankle. can you help me plz.
I done many exercises for now two years but right now my right leg is weaker than the left one..and the right calf muscle is smaller than the left one...
Well..when i used to do some ankle exercises i have an injury in my right ankle..it was twisted..i felt pain and a tumor in my ankle..thenafter 1 month the ankle back to good and i continue my trainings..after a weeks i relized that the left muscle is bigger than the right muscle and my left foot is powerfull than the right foot..i done many exercises in gym but nothing changed..now my left ankle is twisted and all my feets are not powerfull than before..Any helpfull ideas??

at least you have both your ankles and they are usable.
Some ankle injuries take longer than yours and are worst.
