you cant get the three red lights when you keep of cleaning the xbox for 1 or 2 months it will last forever my friend has his xbox for 3 years and it never had red ring of death cuz he clean his xbox every month or if you want to do it the easy way you have to buy a fan for the xbox 360 you coud find those at gamestop , best buy target , toys r us , walmart ,and k mart you dont leave your xbox 360 dirty cuz the fan from the inside of your xbox 360 would casusing the red rings of death

EPIC FAIL!!

The new Jaspers CAN come with a 175w power brick. The only 100% way of knowing is on the data sticker. It must read 12v-12.1A.

203 pwr bricks came with old units.

175w brick is fine! As long as your data stick er is 12.1A..Even with a 175W, the Jasper will only use 150W. Sorry but the brick does NOT tell you what chip you have.......JASPER= 12.1A !!!

jaspers can also come with 175w power suply. thats not proof. proof is if its 12 12A and the date which is agust 2008 and later. people check in the back of ur xbox if the date is befor agust 2008 then its no jasper if its during or after agust 08 then it is. they stoped manufaturing falcons on early 08.

lol i bought my console three weeks ago...my console is the new one with jasper chip in it...it says 12.1...but my power brick(adapter) is zephyr..it says 203w..lol...but it's more important that your xbox is jasper then that your adapter is new one..because adapter can just overheat...and you turn it off for like 10 minutes and iut will be ok..if xbox overheats you are in trouble...

How to tell if you new xbox is a jasper withought opening the box is by lookiung at the manufacturer date if it is 2008-11-05 and later it will be a jasper. they started to produce them in late oct so anything in november should be a jasper, and to be sure when you get it check the power output by the barcode in the middle it should say 12,1A and the power bar should say 150W output on the bottom of it!!

Due to the manufacture date and the amps label of 12.1 it will be a Jasper. The Falcon needs the 14.2 amps to run the 65nm chip.. So yes you have a Jasper,

That can mean 2 different things.... Xenon or Falcon.... Early productions of the Falcon had 203W power bricks.... I bought mine December, 26, 2007 and I got a Falcon.... as long as you bought one around that area... you should have a falcon

Because microsoft had so many left they recycled them. It doesn't mess up your jasper xbox though because they only use as much energy as they need not more. So if you have an 175 W brick they only use the 150 W

Just like to say guys i picked a Jasper up this morning (went out my way to find the LOT and voltage numbers. Mine is manufactured 2008-10 -18 and voltages 12v 12.1 amp . Its an arcade with built in memory. Had it on about 45 mins now and its considerably less hot and quieter
