Yes, as long as they don't affect major gameplay. This mod, may be considered a hack but most servers will let you use it if you ask if you can use a map mod, but I wouldn't use your favorite server, the server in the description will allow it if you tell them, I'm an admin there, so I know they will, unless things have changed recently, but you probably still can. I haven't been there in a while because of having no space on the computer, but you should be able to use the mods there.
