You make that look marvelous. I've been playing with something similar after watching Brecken in her latest vid, if you watch her isolate she uses the back of her hands and this enables her fluidity to move wherever the hoop goes. Can you tell me what you do at the top with your other hand? Do you use the back of both hands... I am intrigued because you do it so beautifully :-)
