For constructive criticism, I'd have to say your pronounciation is a tiny bit off. For prounouncing the "t" sound, click your tongue against the roof of your mouth for a sharper sounding "t." If that's a bit too complicated, pronounce it as a hard "d."

For the "j" sound, you pronounce it as "ch" for some reason. That could be just me, though. :x
