I want to thank you so much for putting this and your other vids of the longest walk 2. I wanted to be there to participate in an event that made history but couldn't for lack of transportation and other things. This is a beautiful vid and I almost feel like im there. Thank you enormously for posting this. I am native american and my prayers have been with you guys almost from day and will continue to be with you guys.
my grandmother said in time our silence would pay off, the Indians would rise and take back their ways, respect, and freedom, the star people would return to help those in Spirit and connection with mother earth,Love and prayer would win at the end, those days are numbered, blessings to all my brothers and sisters from Sister Wolf in New Mexico . Justice for all native Americans and may God be with you all never give up on your dreams. Martin Luther King did it, so can we.
I have teared eyes too. For first time (although i have of course known about it in 'peripheral vision' so to speak) I am facing full on/learning about the horror done to native Americans, and Indigenous peoples from 1492.
It is truly harrowing to face, which is why I have put off full investigation in past. But now is time!
Just like to add that the people the depraved sadists that that did what they did on the Merican continent to the Indigenous peoples came from an even longer hostory of persecutions torture and murder of Indigenous people.
In the book Not In HIS Image, the author John Lash attempts to explain how come the people that committed such sadism could be so souldead
