lol man everyone here is saying that it need to be jailbroken, then u need to find installous in cydia or installer, which will be installed after jailbrake automatically

yes it does have to be joilbroken D= i suggest u dont jailbreak the second gen cuz wen u turn it off it goes off for good and its prty hard to boot it back up without getting rid of the jailbreak

you may have a choice for eg rapidshare megaupload, etc. i have account on RapidShare ,and i can download all the time.

you shouldn't have any problems with rapidshare even on free account ...
