Hi Dear Betty! What a wonderful hot fudge recipe! Looks delicious. Perfect for the summer months. You look beautiful as always! Happy Father's Day to Rick. Much love to you and your family...
Betty I really love ur cooking and u really inspire me...have u tried Indian food....its delicious too only a bit on the spicer side..but they are great..I'd suggest u try tandoori chicken..I m sure u'll love it!!!
Betty, I love your recipes but i gotta say you need to watch foods that contain genetically modified ingredients such as SOY (lecithin etc), CORN (high fructose corn syrup, cornstarch etc), CANOLA & POTATOES, TOMATOES etc... They are now finding that these GMO foods are very harmful to ones kidneys and liver. Zimbabwe won't even allow these foods to be imported into their starving country.
Love your recipes, I just substitute ORGANIC ingredients and would love to see you doing so too!
Did you know brown sugar is a wet ingredient

Do you need to use corn starche, we don't have that in Holland
Thank you, i love it
appelsultana 8 months ago
@appelsultana No, you don't have to use cornstarch, but your hot fudge sauce will be thinner.

@hotdog1997 White sugar is fine. The sauce will still be dark!

y did u add salted butter? you already put salt in the salt. does it make it better?
sarahbarah20 1 year ago
@sarahbarah20 Yes, I use salted butter. I like it better that way, but you may use unsalted butter, if you prefer.
