@DeeJaySkidoodle To be honest (this is no lie), in 13 days I've only had a couple of cravings and each time I've come back and watched this video. The craving soon went away.
You will only quit if you really WANT to quit mate (like me now - I'm AFRAID to smoke now). As soon as you want to quit, you will find motivation no problem. Cravings themselves come and go, but should only last a few minutes. I highly recommend patches - they really do take the edge off.

People always use "the case" where someone dies in their younger years. My father smoked for 50 years and died of liver disease, not a single problem with his lungs. I guarantee you there are more smokers that die at 60-70+ vs 30-45.
Actually you gotta wonder why smoking kills only around 1-2 % of heavy smokers under the age for 50, probably these people have some particular gene expressions in their DNA which gives them a very good chance of making lung cancer anyways.
ANd you are far more likely to die from cardiovascular diseases or cancer of the digestive system than lung cancer mainly caused by age (unavoidable as of yet) and a really big role DIET , look up the statistics if you don't believe me.

My dad smoked paulmalls-non filters for many years and he lived to be over 70.Marijuana isnt all safe either but at least it doesnt have nicotine. I stumbled upon this video and watched with a heavy heart. I lost my mother almost 4 years ago to the effects of smoking. She was only 57 years old. She quit a year before her death. BUT, the harmful effects of smoking since she was a teenager had already done their damage. She passed away from Pulmonary Fibrosis. Her body simply could no longer repair the lung damage.If I could go back in time and tell her to stop I would. I never smoked. I have lost too many to smoking.

In order to overdose you have to smoke something like 1200 joints in 15 minutes. If it causes cancer why would cancer patients be given it to help them eat??

I have never smoked, not even one cigarette and I am so proud of it. My friends tried to force me to at least try it, but I never did. My older brother wasnt so strong and got addicted. The whole family is trying to help him to quit smoking, but he suffers from depressions and when he doesnt smoke, he drinks. He is like this because he has the asperger syndrom, a form of autism. You have no idea how hard it is watching your beloved one, slowly killing himself. He is only 26 years old.

@unkiemonk No. Cancer killed him. If he didn't undergo chemo, he would have died looking pretty much like he did before the chemo. Chemotherapy kills the body as it kills the cancer and is a race to kill the cancer first. He didn't die looking like that because of cancer.

People always use "the case" where someone dies in their younger years. My father smoked for 50 years and died of liver disease, not a single problem with his lungs. I guarantee you there are more smokers that die at 60-70+ vs 30-45.

Actually you gotta wonder why smoking kills only around 1-2 % of heavy smokers under the age for 50, probably these people have some particular gene expressions in their DNA which gives them a very good chance of making lung cancer anyways.
ANd you are far more likely to die from cardiovascular diseases or cancer of the digestive system than lung cancer mainly caused by age (unavoidable as of yet) and a really big role DIET , look up the statistics if you don't believe me.

Never could understand smoking cigs. It doesnt even get you high but, I have known a lot of cig smokers. They dont all die young. My dad smoked paulmalls-non filters for many years and he lived to be over 70.Marijuana isnt all safe either but at least it doesnt have nicotine. I dont recommend smoking anything but if you do, ya gotta know its gonna affect you in time and if you still smoke stuff knowing that it could harm you, you deserve what ever you get.Sorry for your kids.

I stumbled upon this video and watched with a heavy heart. I lost my mother almost 4 years ago to the effects of smoking. She was only 57 years old. She quit a year before her death. BUT, the harmful effects of smoking since she was a teenager had already done their damage. She passed away from Pulmonary Fibrosis. Her body simply could no longer repair the lung damage.If I could go back in time and tell her to stop I would. I never smoked. I have lost too many to smoking.

@unkiemonk Sorry, you're wrong. How could there be tar in marijuana? It's a plant, like grass or leaves. Cigarettes have tar and a bunch of other chemicals added. However, it can cause increase symptoms of schizophrenia, but only if the smoker has a genetic predisposition towards it. Straight up marijuana has never killed anyone. In order to overdose you have to smoke something like 1200 joints in 15 minutes. If it causes cancer why would cancer patients be given it to help them eat??

I have never smoked, not even one cigarette and I am so proud of it. My friends tried to force me to at least try it, but I never did. My older brother wasnt so strong and got addicted. The whole family is trying to help him to quit smoking, but he suffers from depressions and when he doesnt smoke, he drinks. He is like this because he has the asperger syndrom, a form of autism. You have no idea how hard it is watching your beloved one, slowly killing himself. He is only 26 years old.
