Actually it basically is. Archer has Emiya as his associated song as well that comes with this on the DVDs.

Nah... Saber doesn't even need Avalon to defeat Archer in combat. In terms of stats and fighting ability, she'll probably have not much problems facing Archer. Furthermore, its been mentioned in the game that UBW isn't really that effective against most servants save Gilgamesh. Even if Archer can project Excalibur and Avalon, it still can't beat the real thing. Too bad he can't project Ea...

Shirou with UBW beat Gil because they're both creators, they aren't wielders. Outside, Gil could summon the weapons faster than Shirou, inside, Shirou didn't have to make them, they were already there. He simply had to call for them. He only beat Gil out of sheer speed. Saber could beat Archer pretty easily if she gave it her all. Archer couldn't beat her with sheer force in UBW, so he'd have to beat her differently. Saber would just have to use Excalibur and decimate Archer, though,
