Maybe he just washed his hands really well? I dont wear gloves in my kitchen and Im certain my food's very fit to eat :) hand made chocolate arent in big enough batches for anyone to worry about contamination from not being made in a cleanroom environment

@QueenRaeni I hope he did wash his hands. I've seen people who work in restaurants leave public bathrooms without washing their hands! In regards to the size of the food that is being prepared - that doesn't matter as the size doesn't play a role in whether or not contamination of any kind (unwanted germs) are being spread. As soon as a contaminated hand touches any food, the person eating it has the potential to become sick (be it a virus, flu, etc.) I study this stuff!

I just meant that when I cook, I do it for just a small group of people, and so if I mess it up it affects a relatively small sample of humanity, compaired to an industrial sized operation where I do think stricter measures are required. As he's doing handmade chocolate I doubt he's churning them out by the millions, chances are no one's gonna get sick.
