At first I took this song as my passion for Christ, but you can reverse it around and make this song display the heart of God towards the elect. He has an obsession towards those whom he chose to love. A heart that burns so much that John 3:16 can be applied here. So basically taking this song as a conversation with God Almighty and us poor sinners individually. His heart burns for us, but we're so ashamed that we'd sin against the God that first loved us.

wow...this is such a beautiful song. I heard it last night and wow. It is such a deep song. He really is a mighty, wonderful God. If you give him everything, and put all your worries and trust in him everything will be okay. A peace will settle in your heart that you have never felt before. He truly is amazing. On the science and God thing, I think that science is a way for us to learn about the beautiful world God has created for us and a way for us humans to just begin to understand Gods beautiful creation. Science is a gift from God to us.

I agree, Luke was a great example of this relation between science and scripture, him being a well-educated physician; he wrote the book of Luke as a documentary if you may by interviewing the very people who walked with Jesus and gave the straight facts so that he could have hard evidence that these miracles really happened. I've been very interested in his story and am studying that book of the bible right now, I hope that many things are revealed through it.

It's from Delirious?'s album "Live and in the Can". I don't know if you can argue about who does it better...between David Crowder and Delirious?, their styles are pretty different. Edison Glass did a cover on this as well. One thing's for sure though: all three bands sing this with a lot of passion.
