This is the best recipe for dry rub. Everyone who eats my BBQ raves due to this recipe. For the last 2 hours wrap the pork in foil and keep the drippings and mix a bit back into the meat and you will beat everyones BBQ...OH yeah!

I was wondering if you ever used a premade rub? I love Carrol Shelby's chili mix, and was wondering how it would taste on ribs.
Is mustard used in Kansas City rub?
