I'm so glad to find this video on you.tube. I've owned the VHS version since 1984 when I had the good fortune to purchase a used copy for about $9.00. It is the best!! My entire body feels toned up after doing this workout. Thank you to whomever made it available through youtube.com!!

Been using this video since it came out in the 80's, after purchasing my first VCR. The VHS tape cost $60 at that time (which was a lot of money!) lol Great investment, and I still do this workout til this day!

IT WORKS! i tried it in the 90s and felt wonderful full of strength and tone. you dont have to sweat to get your body toned its a myth! I lost the video while in Greece and now found it once more! Thanks Internet and You Tube!

It's called Kapalbhati Breathing or Blowing in Firm. It's a breathing cleansing technique in yoga. There are many different forms of Kapalbhati breathing, most are done through the nose; but in Bikram Yoga (which is what this series is in this video) it's done through the mouth.

I see this daily in the studio looking in the mirror with hot young girls, but Raquel sure makes it much more sexy.
