The Buzzing Noise Might Be Because You Had The Power Plugged In, Same Thing Happens To Me When I Charge My Laptop And Have It Plugged In To A Speaker System And Then When I Unplug The Charger The Buzzing Goes Away.

Also I don't hear any buzzing on mine must be faulty or like you said not enough power or somthing but I get a really small buzz when nothing playing and I have the mic plugged into the xbox controller so yeah try a USB port on the back of your comp or somthing

yeah whenever you use a usb speaker you will get feedback from the computer

you could probably make a small power supply circuit externally to keep it steady instead of glitching.
