These chapters are different from the other chapters because they are "end times" or "apocalyptic" literature. For example, many Bible "prophets" state that since the "Church" is not mentioned in these chapters, therefore the Church must have been raptured. This is a false interpretation. The Church is indeed found in these chapters but under symbolism.

All the chapters of Daniel, Esther, 15 chapters in Revelation, the Olivet Discourse in Matthew (but not in the other Gospels) are all examples or apocalyptic literature and the rules for interpreting is very different. First, the symbolic interpretation takes precedence over the literal. Second, numerology is extremely important. Third, you need a co-prophet to complete the prophecy.

America can't come close, for example, to Tchaikovsky, Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, and many others. One of the great prophets of the 20th century, Alexander Solzhenitsyn, spent his most productive years in the Russian Gulag and upon release was exiled.

Another reason I see Moscow as the first "seat of the beast" is because this headquarters of world evil will eventually move to Rome after WW 3 (Rev. 11:2) and finally to Jerusalem where the Antichrist will set up his "palace" (Dan. 11:45). If you look at a map you will see that Moscow, Rome and Jerusalem form the points of a nearly perfect equilateral triangle. Satan loves unholy trinities!
