It's on "Broadcast Interrupted" and only appears in that level. This system is either PS2 or PSP since the katana is not in the Wii version.

What is it next to or by?

Difficult to remember now exactly what its next to. Its pretty much right at the start of the level (where you first take control of Daniel). You start off in a small room....walk forward and then left through the small door like thing then immediately right....then start walking around to the left and you should eventually come across it. Keep your eyes wide open though as it can be difficult to spot. (I missed it on my first play through). Remember its VERY close to the start of the level.
