Finally found this video (on how to play) - hmmm, not much of explaination in technique (kinda disappointed =.=). Anyway, here a QUESTION: I took out the plastic and metal part (ring shape at the bottom), left only the rubber so is it possible to kick better this way ? PS: My feet hurts especially kicking the metal or plastic side ....
