This isn't the first time it has happened. In the Melee Discussions board there is a topic that he and I bumped from '06 and they talk about it...there is also another video somewhere on youtube that has a Roy suffering the same fate lol it's cause is unknown so far

Um What happened was....
Jiggs Rested. Gives her invince frames.
She passes the top of lava. and then looses the invince frames.
And bam. Your stuck in lava.
