Phenomenal show --- keep in mind these guys haven't put on a lackluster show since I've saw them in Kansas City and Chicago when they were starting out. They're always worth the gas mileage.
And it was great to see Origin back at CIM 2010. James Lee will be missed, but he wasn't the whole of what makes up the components of this band....
While these guys are pretty amazingly fast and technical their music is not appealing to me at all. Good song writing is even more important than lightning fast riffs that can't even be appreciated.
There is a reason why Consuming Impulse, Altars of Madness, Left Hand Path or Cross the Styx are remembered ... song writing

I've seen em 6 or 7 times, and the sound they had at CIM was the best I've heard. Longstreth was KILLING IT!
