Thanks for the video but that isn't really a tune up.. A tune up includes truing rims, tightening bolts and things like the headset and bottom bracket and more. good video though.

-never realised it was so easy to tune up the gears and brakes. Thats the only reason I put my bike in for a service.

and i can do it my self now!!! :¬)
