This was also released in comic form by gold key. I had a collection of them in 1970! Thank you for posting this distant memory. That era was quite unique.
Almost impossible to find this anywhere on the net. IMDb doesn't even have it, Wikipedia doesn't have it. Its almost like its been wiped from existence! Very glad to have found this on YouTube!
@Rtkat3 The others were Mayor Owl. Mr. Gabby the mountain lion, Benny Rabbit, Freddy Fume the skunk, Floyd Fox, Hiram Snake, Bessie Pig, and last but not least, Smokey's Cousin Grizzly.

In the Smokey Bear's Album segment. The voice of Little Smokey Bear is done by Canadian Billie "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" Richards.
