On TV (and this channel) I keep seeing the pan being put on the top rack of the oven. The broiler element must be on top, but in every oven in every place I've lived, there is a separate "broiler" on the bottom. I'm so confused and frustrated by this, because you can't control how far away from the element the food is located. Urgh.

You can also use a broiler to cook a dish that dosen't take a long time to cook, like what was done to the salmon in this video.
Do some research i.e., type into a search engine 'aluminum in food' there many references about this. Don't assume anything before doing a little 'homework'.

This looks delicious. I love all kinds of fish except salmon. The reason being is that salmon has such a strong "fish" taste. You know, just like the strong fish odor in a fish market. Anyway, I love looking at a cooked salmon, but not eating it. Its orange color is so beautiful.
