  • the camera sneaks up on its prey

  • i havea 93 silverado and wann get a set of flowsounds headers how much do they normally run in price range?

  • awsome

  • I just ordered the single chamber duel system for flowsound I can't wait to get it on my truck!!!!!! by the way ur truck sounds great!!!!!

  • @Lukedawg1984 hope it works out for you, i dont run this set up anymore. i have a new video if you go to my page it should be close to the top of my uploaded list.

  • check mine out it sounds exactly like this

  • Good sound! Really similar to what mine sounds like...Go!

  • @jrwhitaker thanks, but i run a different set up now. check it out on my page.

  • @jrwhitaker thanks...i take it you seen the new video?

  • Dude ur shits good! Go GM! Fuck we own it !lol

My 96 GMC will be on here soon! Go!

  • @jrwhitaker check out the new video...go to my profile and its the newest on on there. i put magnaflow xl 3's on it

  • lol when u cranked it up it sounded like my tractor...other than that nice sound

  • Sorry man, it sounds like a tin can for a muffler....

  • thats ok, personal opinion...some people like some dont. i dont run this set up anymore, which my update video shows...

  • nice sounding truck

where did you get the x-pipe and mufflers at??

  • got everything originally put on at a midas...bad idea. he didnt carry flowmaster because they got so high dollar, so he had flowsound (which you can order on ebay for $40 a pice) and the x-pipe was a crappy home made looking thing that had a very small opening in the middle where the four pipes come to gether. so i replaced the mufflers with magnaflow XL three chamber's, a magnaflow tru-flow x-pipe and ran pipes out the back with 4" tips.....ten times better sounding!!!

  • Sounds awesome man, i have a 92' silverado with no cat and a 2 chamber flowsound with a turn down and it sounds about the same just not as loud, I wish I had a vortech but i like the tbi 350's too there very dependable, flowsounds about the same as a flowmaster i think

  • shoulda just went with the straight pipe

  • looks like it stalking its prey, thats one nice truck btw

  • but either way, I had a 98 myself that I sold when i bought my 07 and I loved it.

By the way the exhaust sounds good on this truck. I have some knock off name brand tips on my exhaust, never heard of them, but I love the sound it makes.

dont have a camera worth a shit to make a video with.

  • mines a 2007 classic LS, shortbed, regular cab. I like it. im glad i found that one because I almost bought an 08. and the more I look at those, the more im glad I didnt buy one.

  • i love x pipes. lol

  • you got the last year of the good looking chevy truck bro good for you!!!

  • the next body style doesnt look bad. I got a 2007 classic, i hate the new body style.

  • i like the 2001 2500hd 4x4's. those are good lookin chevys. i like how on the hd's for that year the hood cowls up. just looks more tough

  • Thats pretty much the best sounding z71 i've ever heard. Thanks for posting this video

  • thanks a million! bad news tho, im about to give magnaflows a shot. only because the flowsounds are a bit to raspy for my tast. i will post a video with them on...i think they will sound good!

  • that's horrible magnaflows are weak but hey if you wanna sell the flows i'll take em

  • maganflows are a straight through design and flow better than flowmasters chambered bullshit

flowmaster mufflers are oximorons of their own names...

  • ive got a 1997 gmc k1500 witha 4 inch body lift and 33x12.5 tires on it and im running eagle alloy rims with it. Its got a 350 in it with dual exhuast and glasspacks i have no o2 cenors in it or resinators and its got headers try beating that sound

  • ok...where is the video, because im not finding one...? sounds like a great truck, basically the same as mine with some more custome work...but im still not a fan of glasspacks and never will be. they just dont have a chance at with the sound that flowmaster and magnaflow are putting out, and im sure im not alone with this on

  • damn cory m. better help me do that to my silverado

  • sounds damn good i have a flowsound on my jeep and it sounds very awsome im putting duels on my 91 i have a reuild 355 and my cam has a .488 lift so i think it will sound damn good

  • i have about two feet of pipe after the cat on my 94 gmc after a late night and a sawsall and i wish my truck sounded that good mine is loud but way to chopy

  • hey man that is one of the best sounding exhausts i've heard on an 88-98 1500 and i've heard a bunch (i've worked for a chevrolet and a gmc dealer for 16 yrs). did you get a programmer to kill the rear o2's or does it give you a check engine light, and how far back did you put the x? i wouldn't mind that setup for my 97.

  • wow that sounds like shit, my friends 98 chevy 454 1 ton, his sounds like performance exhaust and he only cut off the muffler

  • first off if you dont like someone's work bad enough to call it "shit" then just keep your stupid ass mouth shut...second if you think your friends truck sounds anything near good than than video comment it to me and we will have a little contest to see which one people think sound better, not saying mine does. i wont comment your friends video and say it sounds like crap, but i would say a set of flowmaster super 40's would sound damn good on it.

  • dude, shut up, this is the second video in a row that i have seen you say this on, and of coarse the 454 is going to sound better if he "only" cut off the muffler with a BIG BLOCK, it is obviously going to sound better than a SMALL BLOCK that HAS a muffler

  • I had a 98 like that bt mine was red and i just ran mine with no cats and two 40 flomasters and it was deeper than that bt it was turn down right after the ext cab and no x-pipe and 2 1/2 in pipe all over

  • yea i really dont like these mufflers due to the fact that they sound like they have fell apart on the inside all the time, and i will be going to a set of super 40 flowmasters for sure!

  • man you'll love it i got the same

  • sounds good

  • thanks

  • sonds pretty close to flowmasters

  • yea they dont differ a great deal, but in person the sounds you get from the muffler's from inside the truck are a bit different because they are built cheaper and dont have the same baffling design...but for about $50 bucks a pop you get two for the price of one flowmaster!

  • how exactly did u have the piping ran?

  • 2 inch pipe down from the manifolds, no cats, 2 1/2 x-pipe, out two flowsound mufflers with turndown tips before the axle. the truck didnt have a y-pipe from factory, just went into two cats and to one muffler
