Let me break it down with 500 letters. Well First recon can be different things going down to sneaking up to the enemy. Also they can forfill Recon Attack missions.

They dont really keep every thing sperated their the different branches of service. Ranger and Delta can work together because they are ... ARMY.

Marines are department of the the navy but they each do different thing from the seals.
