I worked with a guy in the police force here in Dallas TX. He was not a guy to make lies, he also had nothing to gain by it. He said he was out fishing in the Gulf one weekend during the night just him and some other guy. He said that the water moved not far from the boat they were in, the moon was out and they could see that a sub was coming out. It completely came up and it had the Russian symbol on it, they said that it was there for about 45 minutes and then it went back down, maybe lying?
