No its called a glitch or a bug. Besides if that was a mod it would be a terrible one. Why would you want to mod your xbox or ps3 to stay upside down when you could do a hancock mod or fly like superman. Its a nice glitch though xP
@paddyroche2 only in the multiplayer. if you played liberty city stories or gta 3 u would remember the sting. they have a police stinger too and also a police buffalo. All only for multiplayer though
