hi sian, i voted for you in the second preference vote and im a conservative. Well im a liberal conservative, i think you had the policies and the looks as well.
Your warped, jaundiced views represent the repugnant ignorance exuded by myriad Conservatives who, ironically, denounce those on the political left as feckless liberals, whilst propagating the usual bilious stereotypes about us.
I am truly confounded by your remarks. To observe an adult articulating themselves with such patent ineptitude, clumsiness and rancour is astounding.
I also venture that you are a bigoted and politically unaware changeling.
its funny if u ask labour supporters now who they voted for they would say they voted for the greens bunch of lying chavs lower class always vote labour cause most of them are on some sort of benefit they have a sort of council look about them and thats even before they open their mouths innit ha
'I am my 1st choice'..well aside from her watery joke, I would have voted for the Greens but for her parrotting the potty-leftist Guardianista piffle about Boris being evil and Ken the model of probity. Absurd bollocks of course -I'm no Tory but I doubt if 'Bojo' could be any *more* corrupt than slimey Ken whose embracing of Sharia and jihad-loving clerics and other scandals disenchanted Londoners no end. She'll and others are eating their words as a result.
the real, question is, how much was Ken paying her to spout this shit, and to think i gave her my second vote.
And for those of you that haven't realised yet, Gordon Brown is completely screwed when the prime minister elections come up... Could Boris' victory mean a conservative government?
sadly yes! Its the tic toc of Corporate & CBI controlled (& paid for) politicians. Unfortunately people will only look BACK one day and see that the Greens COULD have averted much of the sh1t that is about to hit the proverbial fan on this planet!
Sadly most still believe the high-tech TV propaganda & 'news' media spin without even realising they are spouting Rupert Mud-rock's agenda (which has NOTHING to do with ordinary folks' best interests of course)!
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
london cannot afford to fund green issues at this un stable time we have enough debt thanks to brown borrowing more money except saving when the economy was strong and climate change well its a con and taxing doesnt save the planet lets pay for the new white elephant that is the olympics and worry more about issues later green is a wasted vote
Congestion and pollution in London under Ken are worse than ever. Schools are being taken over by private companies and our public transport fares are the highest in Europe. Sounds like failure to me.
I really do appreciate the Green Party and Respect asking their supporters to give Ken their second preferences votes. I will give my second preference to the Greens. It really is appreciated.
There's no point giving your second preference to Sian, she's not going to make the second round, it probably wont even be reported how many second preference she gets. But first preferences will be noticed. It only makes sense to give Johnson or Livingstone your second preferences cause the runoff will be between them.
Red Ken does not respect the wishes of Londoners who did not want the extension to the Congestion Charge Zone. He runs London as his personal fiefedom. It's time to get rid of this horrible little man.
yeah eveyone just drives round them anyway keeping their car on the road for longer. If government was serious about getting cars off the road they'd make decent public transport free to all customers.
AT LAST 'Old Labour' are waking up to the Green Party as their logical allies (in my opinion the Greens are the logical FIRST choice for most 'Old Labour' voters these days!)
Boris Johnson would be a disaster as mayor. He is a very nasty bigoted piece of work. Voting Sian first then Ken second will avoid Boris wrecking things for Londoners.
They ARENT 'in bed' with Labour! What they're saying is, everybody gets TWO votes & it would be a disaster for London if people's second vote went to a WOLF in clown's clothing like Boris! So Ken is saying if you vote for him use your second vote for Sian & vice versa! It make perfect sense! Greens always have stood for the politics of co-operation rather than the politics of opposition anyway! Thats why they support PR not FPTP elections!
Besides Ken is about as 'New' Labour as Boris is Green!
Ken is a very bad mayor I wouldn't let either get within a barge pole of my vote if I lived in London, my second would go to Haw or vice versa
Boris is a civil libertarian, I respect that. I also don't agree with congestion charges, hammering motorists for a problem caused by the run of society: free nationalised public transport is the only thing that will get cars off the road, my sister drives round the congestion charge keeping her car on the road even longer and I don't really blame her
I take it back... the result shows it was a bad idea to second guess the voters and back Ken. It made sense from a tactical voting point of view, but the results show that its wrong tactically. More Tories would have voted Green & clearly from the results Kens voters DIDNT vote green!
Next time we need to stick to principles.
Its Green or nothing and if that means nothing then its better to have right on your side in a world gone mad... than to be just as mad as the rest of em.

How patronising is this to your voters. Don't you think that voters can make up their own minds

It's a logical choice..Boris is a fool and Padick has an ego that would be filled by that job title.

I'm sick of The"zionist"Evening Standard hate campaign against Livingstone.
He is a great Londoner, who has, and is still doing, a great job as Mayor.
Paddick is an egotistical careerist, and Johnson is a buffoon.

Sian really ought to be able to do this without notes.

I would have considered Green for my 2nd vote if she had not supported Ken like this.
