Can anyone give me more information on RROC??? I am looking to volunteer to be a foster mom for a dog. I live in Davenport Fla. Please respond to this if you can help me.

i live in florida too!!! what you can do is go to the south eastern guide dogs in palmetto florida and doa foster for one of them! its very cool i have a guide dog right now but im not blinde:)
