The "snake like thing" is actually "Fire" lol its meant to look like that anyways. Its "Overdrive" which is to "Fire up" the crowd and get them pumped. When activated (in the same way as star power) the crowd goes crazy, and everyone in the ban,d no matter how bad they are doing gets a boost of "Confidence" if you will, and their "bad meter" turns good. Until overdrive shuts down.

well if you've ever played the game...you don't need to get 100% to get gold stars...you just need to do really good on a song and the 5 starts turn to 5 golden stars...i've done a bunch of time and didn't get 100% on the song

and you dont really need to get 100% to get 100%. they will round up if you have 99.5% or higher whereas in guitar hero you must get perfect to get 100%
