your jump rope skills are very nice. you should get a longer rope and when make it go around twice try keeping your legs straight. again, nice jump rope skills
They say you shouldn't skip rope on concrete or asphalt surfaces. Then where the hell am I supposed to do it (Unless you have the convenience of a high ceiling and wood floors where you live or you live across the street from a boxing gym.)?! Personally, I'd rather not drive 5+ miles and back to the nearest gym and pay $50-$100 a month just to jump rope! The concrete floors of my garage work just fine thanks.

Well, jumping rope on concrete slab will catch up with you. The area where you jump is way to confined. I see you have an area of grass behind you. Why not throw down a hard rubber mat on the grass? Good luck, and sorry for the initial comment .
