Estella's theme rescues this movie.The soundtrack is to die for. Some of the scenary, Miss Havisham's(Dinsmorre's) house is spot on! I also like the way its moved into a slightly more contemporary setting in the florida gulf which works well. The bastardising of characters names,the directors obsession with the colour green throughout the film along with failure to adhere completely to certain character portrayals of Dickens' are what make this only an average film
