Great cover my fav bob song! If you love Bob, I’m sure you’re gonna love me too. I made an apocalyptic song called "A Winter Evening's Tale" which I dedicate to him. This is for all of us folks facing 2011. Do check it out in my channel or check it out in the video response of my fav. video. The song references Pilgrim's Progress, bible, Alice in the wonderland, peter pan, Shakespeare, Revelations, crusades etc. It also depicts eerie classical paintings. Have a creepy and folky new year!
Kevin and I were the backbone of The Bilgetones Band.. We played Dutch Harbor in the Alaskan Aleutian islands for many a gig.. And they were a kick in the ass to play.. We also played as the house band on the Royal Adventure.. A 360 foot fish processor in the early "80s"
Most people don't know that the fishermen doing king crabs at this time were making $50,000 a month for working the deck. and this was in 1983 money.. There was so much sleazing around..
The brazilian singer Caetano Veloso made the version of this song in his CD called "A Foreign Sound" and his version is so good like the version of Bob... ;) PEEZ and LUV!!!

Richard is too kind. He WAS The Bilge Tones. A terrific singer and showman. The band was held together with feathers and glue, but great to play in.
