Thats harsh, but unless you are on a private site with permisiion they can and will take them for impound.

It is private land on a warehouse site, the roads are old sections that are no longer used by the lorry drivers.

No licence was needed because it was on private land and we had permission.

Big trouble otherwise as it would be against the law to ride this way on a public road or to use mini or midi moto's on public roads. It is very rare to see a licenced mini or midi moto though not impossible.

The orange bike is an Aprillia RS125 upgraded to a Pollini 154cc and de-restricted.
