@iMagnusX it depends on the rack. Some of them have a little frame on the floor that you can wedge the bars into. For the ones that don't sometimes you're better off just putting a couple of heavy dumbbells against a wall and wedging the bar ends under the handles.
@iMagnusX I've had success by placing a dumbbell, usually 100lbs or so, in the centre of the rack against the back bar. Wedge both barbells under the handle. I find the pivoting ends of the bars don't move at all, whether it is single or dual barbell motion.
To wedge in a power rack, do you just put both bars in the corner?
