Well lets give him a chance and see how he does when he is employed. When I met him last year he was employed with Circle K and was a lot more mellow than he is now. I think he will be a better person when he has a job again. I am thankful that he got the help he needed.

Have you ever heard of ridesharing? There's some sites online where you can register and try to find people going the similar direction. He might also want to look into couchsurfing before going there if he doesn't have a place ready lined up.

We do have Western Unions here in Canada but my bank is CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) and I don`t have a PayPal account.

As far as I know, you need a credit card to have a PyPal account.

No you do not need a credit card. You need either a credit card or a bank account. I have a bank account so that is how I got mine. Anyway send a message to SpikeBravo offering to send whatever it is you can to him via western union. To receive the money he needs to know the name and the city of the sender if I remember correct. Your local western union office can help you further.

I am offering to feature someones video for a week and do a shoutout video for them if he gets 150 for the bus ticket. According to greyhound's website that is the cost of the ticket with the 14 day advanced purchase. If that is out of the price range, just send him what you can.

Wish I could help more but I am not in a very dissimilar situation myself (out of work). I am glad things are looking up for Spike. Will he be working in the office for the paper? I'm so happy for him i've watch his recent videos and he sounded really down i know its hard on all of us at the moment but it just seemed to be destroying him,I wish i could help but unfortunatly i live in Ireland and am jobless too . He upset me with some things he said in some of his recent videos but im overjoyed to here things are starting to look up for him (and you to hope the trucking job works out) Hopefully Arnold can take care of him!

I think the joblessness may have contributed to some of his frustration. All in all I think he is a good guy.  Lets see how he makes it in California.
