  • Great stuff, and Swoope got me from the A.I.R mixtape. Then I went back and heard a lil of "THE ZOO" I was blown away ever since.

Huge Inspiration. like Sho say... #PressOn

  • Ive been waiting for Christendom.......Here they come!!!!!!

  • hmm..idont question their heart for God. i know theyre christians.. Its the same as when we have "normal" conversations with our friends, talking about nonchristian related topics but at the same time theres nothing wrong with it. so as long as theyre not seeking their own glory it doesnt bother me. but i guess this type rap/freestyle stuff is just not for me. doesnt do any thing for me. Wasnt sure what to expect from high society..God bless them anyway! lol

  • Yall do understand that it is possible to be a Christian AND be a rapper, and not have to mention Christ in every line of your songs. He was simply displaying rhyme skills!! What yall so upset about. I know if I wasnt saved and heard this, I'd be interested in hearing more. But when I get to the "hearing more" part. I would then be presented with the Gospel, and with a Christ worldview. OUTREACH is the key thing here!! SHOUT OUT TO HIGH SOCIETY!!!!!! The mixtape is banging!!!1

  • @TyWatchertv well said

  • Lol and I see y'all in the Nashville public library parking garage. Whatchu doin in my city??

  • The Sistine of sixteens?!?! Get oouuutta here Swoope!!

  • hes a christian rapper, so where is Christ in this rhyme?? nowhere, only thing close to God mentioned in this verse was the sistine chapel, and that was just anopther boast about himself, smh...

  • @tbarreto19 did you not read the words at the beginning of the video? "High Art. It's creating something that is great in and of itself to speak for itself to point to something greater." AKA they're using the art God has made them skilled with (rap) to point to something greater (God). It's obviously a different approach than usual, but it will reach a lot more unbelievers. Because usually if an unbeliever hears "Jesus" or "God" in music at all, they're turned off by it and don't want to hear.

  • @spideyrocks28 well said

  • @tbarreto19 the name Christ don't have to be in his rhyme to be christian. worldly rappers mention God all the time..does that mean they Christian. Did you know God wasn't mentioned anywhere in the book of Esther. Its still in the bible right. just sayin

  • @tbarreto19 : I beg to differ that he was boasting about himself! If you listen to the content of the song/entire mixtape (in general) and understand what popular secular rappers are saying to the consumer of the Hip Hop genre, its clear that Swoope is saying that the Sistine of 16s is the lifting up of Christ High Society is doing in their rhymes! Real life issues that most Christians refuse to address are confronted and the language they speak in is native to the ones blind/caught up in them!

  • 2 words, Rhyme Scheme!
