I have pulled the pc2000 i operate up some pretty steep grades and havent had any problems ( yet ). Good truck drivers are hard to come by, and yes any1 can run a trackhoe/dozer, but it takes yrs of experience to OPERATE a trackhoe smooth and effeciently and to run grade with a dozer and only needing a blade to cover track marks and not having to fill in gouges left from an inexperienced operator

The first truck is starting to roll to soon and the second truck backs up to fare and also runs over a big rock.... Very hard on the rubber!!!... The Hoe operator looks good and smooth...... The the truck drivers are a bunch of Turnip Heads... Mining truck drivers are a dime a dozen... And out of a dozen your lucky to get 2 that can drive properly....... Been there, done that ......

that's because there is a much higher need for truck drivers, anyone can operate and excavator or a dozer, just need to be trained and given seat time.

@bootybandit6 As an excavator operator, i can honestly say that you speak like a true truck driver. Tell me this...why do you drivers have to play follow the leader...i swear if the lead driver runs through a hole, the other ones will follow the exact same tracks. As for "anyone" can operate a dozer or an excavator, you're right...anyone can make one move but it takes skill and years of experience to be a good operator. I wouldn't expect you to understand that though since you drive a truck ;)
