Thts not funny at all...rather soo irritating...if anyone have persistent probs with reliance services then better go ahead with consumer court rather harrasing customer care people(who are bound with apy policies)..but its clearly understood by the conversation tht guy is just time passing.. But what are you getting because of these calls? Neither you, nor the company has any sort of impact over these types of situations. The only people being affected by these kinds of calls are the customer care employers. Please remember that.

When you get mad at them and say you'll call up a higher official,they say...please sir we will lose points. But then what the heck about me? I paid my hard earned money for something and I get peanuts. Its my right to kick them if I amm hell unpleased. Whats wrong with that?
