the thing i hate about these other fighting styles; ufc, mma, boxing, taekwondo, karate, jujitsu, kickboxing, etc. is that, when they fight a muay thai, they do not allow the muay thai to use; counter sweep, through down, clinch infinity knees, clinch elbow strikes, flying knees, elbow and knee strike combinations, etc. also, grab the opponent lying down on the floor, and break his neck, oh wait, that is muay boran.

reading some of these of comments, people are forgetting a few things:
1) gsp hasn't been finishing fights
2) he really didn't do shit (at all) to shields; kind of fought like a bitch and kept backing away
3) diaz is amazing on the ground and has way better stamina
diaz might just (and hopefully) shock alot of people who have no "real knowledge" of martial arts.

But that fight against Penn has completely changed my view. He's like MMA's Tyson in a lot of ways I think; amazing talent, staggering ability but flawed and disillusioned with the game. I wish we could get the full story of what happened with the UFC taking him off the GSP fight, but if he wins this fight with BJ and can do what he needs to do to stay in the UFC, we'll likely get to see Diaz vs. GSP.
